Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills Training

IOLS is an outdoor skills training course that provides leaders with basic skills and information to run a successful outdoor Scouting program. Working as patrols, this two day/overnight hands-on course will prepare adult Scouts BSA Leaders to lead their youth through the basic skills needed to obtain the rank of First Class. In addition to this training, you must havecompleted either the online Scoutmaster/Assstant Scoutmaster Training or the S24 Classroom Training.
