Provisional Scout (or Individual) registration is only for Scouts NOT attending with a specific unit.Please DO NOT USE this registration to for Scouts attending with their unit.
The procedure for camperships is as follows:(Note that the dates below are (no later than) deadlines).
April 1 – Units (& parents) notified of campership awardsApril 15– Unit Leaders register their Scouts online who have received camperships – paying only $50 deposit for those Scouts who have received camperships.April 30 – Fees adjusted in website for campership recipients(Note that campership credit is deducted from "full" or "regular" payment amount – Early-Bird discounts DO NOT apply to camperships.)May 15 – Unit leaders pay the balance of the fees for campership recipients
BSA Medical Forms
BSA Medical forms A & B are required for ALL campers (youth and adult). The original form must be sent to the council office by June 1st. Please make a copy for your records.
Units with "Large" Contingents or "Large" Transaction Dollar Amounts
Special note to units with a large number of Scouts in their contingent: You may want to either consult your bank to determine if there is a per transaction or a daily dollar transaction limit for your account or consider splitting your registration into multiple transactions.
